Use: N/A
Effect: In environments of especially intense heat or cold, characters must save against environmental damage or eventually become exhausted.

Notes:
-An exhausted character may rest to recover from their penalties
-Any cure spell will remove fatigue and exhaustion penalties
-Wearing a cloak or having endure elements spell/potion prevents penalties
-Survival proficiency provides a saving throw bonus against environmental hazards
-The Barbarian kit receives a saving throw bonus against environmental hazards
