Effect: A variety of circumstances can cause a character to become fatigued or exhausted. Typical causes include taking damage from hot or cold environments and failing a combat fatigue roll. Any effect that would fatigue a character that is already fatigued results in exhaustion.
If a character becomes fatigued, they suffer a -2 penalty to physical attributes. If a character becomes exhausted, they will suffer a movement rate penalty.
Characters may recover from fatigue and exhaustion in a few ways.
